ORDER

(Made by Dr. ANITA SUMANTH, J.) The husband / G.Sivakumar has instituted this habeas corpus petition seeking production of his wife Suganya, aged 26 years, and minor son S.Gowtham, who were missing since 27.01.2026.

2. The matter is listed under a special list today on a mention made by learned Additional Public Prosecutor that they have located the detenue/Sugunya and detenu/minor S.Gowtham.

3. On enquiry, the authorities have ascertained that though the detenue had left the matrimonial home earlier with her son, she is now willing to go back and resume life as before.

4. Recording the aforesaid, this habeas corpus petition is closed. No costs.
