ORDER
This Writ Petition is filed seeking to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the 2nd respondent to conduct enquiry and submit the report to the 1st respondent, by giving effect to the communication dated 06.03.2018, issued by the 1st respondent and consequently, directing the 1st respondent to dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 15.05.2017 within a time frame as may be fixed by this Court.

The contention of the petitioner is that though the 1st respondent had sent two letters to the 2nd respondent to send a report after conducting enquiry, so far the 2nd respondent has not conducted the enquiry. Even the learned counsel for the 3rd respondent, also submits that so far the 2nd respondent has not sent any notice to him.
3. Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counel on either side and since this Writ Petition is filed seeking a simple Writ of Mandamus, this Court without going into the merits of the case, directs the 2nd respondent to issue notice to both the petitioner and the 3rd respondent 2/5
herein and also to the interested parties/rival claimants/agrieved parties if any as the case may be and conduct enquiry in the manner known to law as directed by the 1st respondent and submit the report to the 1st respondent, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
4. With the above directions, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
