(Order of the Court was made by S.M.Subramaniam J.) The Contempt Petition has been instituted to punish the Respondents for wilful and deliberate disobedience of the order dated 14.08.2024 in W.A.No.2699 of 2023.

Learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondent would submit that the order of this Court dated 14.08.2024 in W.A.No.2699 of 2023 has been complied with. He has also produced a copy of the order of Presiding Officer, Labour Court, Kumbakonam, in EP.No.03/2018, dated 18.03.2025.
