Thereafter, writ appeal has been filed on 12.12.2024. Therefore, the delay has been wrongly calculated as 473 days. The delay is actually 205 days only.

2. That being so, in view of the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the delay stands condoned and the civil miscellaneous petition is ordered.
