ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by SATISH K.AGNIHOTRI, J.) Alleging that the respondent has disobeyed the judgment dated 19.03.2015 passed in W.A.No.1441 of 2014, the petitioner has come up with this Contempt Petition. 2.We are informed by both the parties that the Special Leave Petition preferred by the Temple against the judgment dated 19.03.2015 in W.A.Nos.1441 and 1448 of 2014 has been dismissed by the Supreme Court today (27.04.2015). In that https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ view of the matter, the Demand Draft bearing No.344299

dated 17.04.2015 drawn on Bank of India, Madurai, in favour of the petitioner for a sum of Rs.4,39,227/-, deposited with the Registry shall be handed over to the petitioner by the Registrar General on verification of the identity in the course of the day. The remaining portion of the order shall be complied with, within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3.With the above observation and direction, the contempt petition shall stand closed.
