ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the 2nd Respondent to carry out a true and proper investigation and register a case as against the named person on the basis of petitioner's complaint dated 19.12.2015.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the Respondents.

3. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that, on the complaint dated 19.12.2015 given by the petitioner, petition enquiry was conducted in CSR No.355 of 2015 and the same was closed. A copy of the Closure Report has been furnished to the learned counsel for the petitioner across the bar.

Recording the same, this petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to workout his remedy in the manner known to law.
