This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the first respondent police not to harass the petitioners in Crime No.not known of 2022 under the guise of enquiry.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) appearing for the first respondent Police would submit that no case is pending as against the petitioner as on date.

3.It is made clear that since there is no Petition or Complaint pending against the petitioner the first respondent police shall not harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry.
