The learned counsel for the respondent-workman would submit that since the workman has reached the age of superannuation, he is willing to abide by the impugned award and that the management may be directed to pay the other retirement dues. In this context, he seems to have filed a memo of calculation of his entitlement.

2. The learned counsel for the respondent is called upon to serve advance copies to Mrs.G.Djearamy, learned Government Advocate (Pondicherry).

3. The learned Government Advocate (Pondicherry) appearing for the petitioner management is called upon to get instructions with regard to the respondent's entitlement of retirement benefits.

4. Registry is directed to print the name of Mrs.G.Djearamy, learned Government Advocate (Pondicherry) for the petitioner in the cause list.
