COMMON PRAYER:

Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India praying to issue a writ of mandamus directing the third respondent to appoint the petitioners in the post of Sessional Bill Clerk in the Procurement Centre at Villupuram District in the year of KMS 20222024 in pursuant to petitioners' representations dated 12.02.2024 and 15.02.2024 respectively.

With the above direction, all the writ petitions are disposed of. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
