This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the first respondent to consider the representation dated 12.07.2023.

Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police on getting instructions from the Investigating Officer, submitted that on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, the first respondent has forwarded the same to the Central Crime Branch, Tambaram for enquiry and now the complaint is pending for enquiry.

3. In view of the above, the Inspector of Police, Central Crime Branch, Tambaram is directed to complete the enquiry on the complaint lodged by the petitioner and disposed the same within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order. 2/4

4. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
