ORDER

This Criminal original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the second respondent to register a case on the complaint dated 18.06.2016, investigate and file final report.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3. It is seen that the alleged incident took place on 17.06.2016 but the petitioner has sent a complaint by post on 20.06.2016 belatedly. The complaint dated 20.06.2016 does not inspire the confidence of this Court for issuing a direction to the respondent police to register an FIR. Hence, no positive direction can be issued. However, if there is any further threat or assault on the petitioner from the opposite party, liberty is given to the petitioner to go in person and lodge a fresh complaint to the respondent police https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

contemporaneously and on such complaint being given, the same shall be enquired into and take action in accordance with law.

In view of the above, the criminal original petition is closed.
