Respondents Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 2nd respondent to inspect my properties, sub-divide the same issue Patta in my name as per the representation dated 08.07.2019 and consequential instructions given by the 1st respondent vide letter dated 07.02.2020. ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for issuance of a writ of mandamus directing the 2nd respondent to inspect the property and sub divide the same and issue patta in the name of the petitioner.

2.The learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of the respondents submitted that the representation made by the petitioner has been taken on file and the enquiry has been fixed on 14.03.2020. The learned counsel further submitted that the notice has been sent to the petitioner in this regard on 07.03.2020.

3.In view of the above development, there shall be a direction to the 2nd respondent to proceed further with the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

enquiry and take a final decision within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 4.This writ petition is disposed of with the above directions. No Costs.
