Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to RELAX the condition imposed on the Petitioners shall report before the respondent Police every Monday and Friday at 10.30 a.m until further orders in Crl.O.P.No.454 of 2022, dated 19.01.2022, and thus render justice.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.G.PUNNIAKOTI, Advocate for the Petitioners and of MR.S.SANTHOSH, Govt. Advocate (Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.No.454 of 2022 by an order dated 19.01.2022. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent submits that the investigation is not yet completed, hence, the petition for relaxation is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the Investigating Officer on every Monday at 10.30 a.m.
