W.P.Nos.29773 and 32856 of 2013 PUSHPA SATHYANARAYANA, J These matters are taken up under the caption "For extension of time", pursuant to the letter of the Special Judge, Special Court for TNPID Act Cases, Coimbatore, dated 09.03.2020.

2. This Court vide order dated 23.03.2018 in W.P.No.32856 of 2013 directed the court concerned to pass final orders in O.A.No.13/2009 and C.C.Nos.84 to 89 and 100 of 1998 within a time-frame and the said time limit was extended on 01.03.2019 and 05.08.2019.

3. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, time is extended by three months to comply with the earlier order passed by this Court on 05.08.2019 in W.P.No.32856 of 2013. The Special Judge, Special Court under TNPID Act cases, Coimbatore is directed to complete the trial in C.C.Nos.84 to 89 and 100 of 1998, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
