CRIME NO.170 2021 Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed that the Petitioner shall report before the Respondent Police every Wednesday at 10.30 A.M. until further orders Crl.MP.No.14500/2021, dated 4.1.2022 in Crl.OP.NO.24259/2021 dated 20.12.2021 and pass such suitable orders and thus render justice. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.K.KANNAN, Advocate for the Petitioner and of MR.S.SANTHOSH, Govt. Advocate (Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the conditions imposed in in Crl.MP.No.14500 of 2021 in Crl.OP.No.24259 of 2021 dated 04.01.2022.
2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police has submitted that the investigation is still pending, hence, the petition for relaxation is modified to the effect that petitioners shall report before the Investigation Officer on 1st working day of every month at 10.30a.m., instead of every Wednesday at 10.30 a.m.

3. Recording the same, the conditions imposed on the petitioners to report before the Investigating Officer on every Wednesday at 10.30 a.m., until further Orders, is modified to the effect that they should report before the Investigating Officer on 1st working day of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders. -sd/- 23/03/2022 This order, on being produced, be punctually observed and carried into execution by all concerned TRUE COPY Sub-Assistant Registrar (Statistics/C.S.)
