ORDER

The District Collector, Ranipettai District is suo motu added as the 2 nd respondent in this writ petition.

2.This writ petition has been filed for issue of writ of mandamus directing the respondents to dispose of the representation dated 31.01.2015, within the time frame fixed by this Court.

3.Heard Mr.N.Sampath, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner and Mr.M.R.Gokulkrishnan, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing on behalf of respondents.

3/5 4.Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and the materials placed before this Court, there shall be a direction to the petitioners to submit a fresh representation before the 2 nd respondent seeking for patta. The same shall be dealt with on its own merits and in accordance with law and necessary orders shall be passed, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of the fresh representation from the petitioners. 5.This writ petition is disposed of with the above directions.
