JUDGMENT

When the second appeal is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the respondent submits that the sole respondent died. The learned counsel has also sent a communication to the respondent on 18.03.2024, the same was also returned with an endorsement "deceased".

2. Recording the death of the sole respondent, the second appeal is dismissed as abated. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
