The prayer in the present petition is to extend the time for 2 weeks to comply the order date 07.01.2017 in C.M.P.No.1385 of 2017 on the file of the Sessions Mahila Judge, Salem in Crime No.2 of 2017 on the file of Inspector of Police, AWPS Kondalampatty, Salem.

2. Heard Mr.B.Vasudevan, learned counsel for the petitioner as well as Mr.C.Raghavan, learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondent.

3. On being satisfied with the reasonings given in the petition, the petitioner is granted further time of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order to comply with the conditions imposed in the order dated 07.01.2017 in C.M.P.No.1385 of 2017 by the learned Sessions Mahila Judge, Salem in Crime No.2 of 2017 on the file of the respondent herein.
