ORDER

This writ petition is filed seeking to direct the respondents 1 to 3 to take over the administration of the Thiru Aalangudi Immudi Agora Dharma, Sivachariyar Aayira Vaisiyar Madam, Nerinjipettai - 638 311, Anthiyur Taluk, Erode District on the basis of the communication sent by the third respondent in Na.Ka.No.5314/2008/A4 dated 14.08.2014. 2/4

2. When the case was taken up, the learned Government Advocate submitted that second respondent is in-charge of the administration of the subject temple. Hence, the relief sought for in this writ petition has become infructuous.

3. Such view of the matter, this writ petition stands dismissed as having become infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition stands closed.
