Crl.M.P.No.3838 of 2022 in Crl.A.No.250 of 2022 P.VELMURUGAN, J.

This miscellaneous petition has been preferred to suspend the sentence imposed on the petitioner in S.C.No.310 of 2016, dated 17.09.2021 on the file of the Sessions Special Court for exclusive Trial of Cases under POCSO Act, Chennai and enlarge the petitioner on bail. 2.Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the materials available on record.

3.Since the petitioner was found guilty for the offences under the POCSO Act, this Court is not inclined to suspend the sentence and hence, this Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed. On the other hand, this Court is inclined to take up the main appeal itself ''for final disposal'' soon after receipt of the entire records.

4.The Registry is directed to call for the records from the Court below and prepare typed set of papers and serve copies on the learned counsel on either side well in advance.
