ORDER
The present petition has been filed seeking to punish the respondents for having committed Contempt of Court by disobeying the order of this Court dated 17.12.2018 made in W.P.No.33392 of 2018.
2. The learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents submitted that the order of the Writ Court has been complied with and the petitioner's representation was considered on 26.04.2019.
3. Recording the submission made by the learned Standing Counsel, the disobedience alleged cannot be termed as wilful and accordingly, the contempt petition stands closed.
