This petition is filed to condone the delay of 1468 days in filing the CMA against the judgment and decree dt.01.11.2017 and made in MACTOP.No.384 of 2017 on the file of the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Special Motor Accident Compensation Claims Tribunal, Special Sub Court, Thiruvannamalai. 2.R1 remained ex-parte before the Tribunal. Hence, notice to R1 is dispensed with. 3.M/s.A.Salomi, learned counsel takes notice for the second respondent. 4.Having satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition stands allowed and the Registry is directed to number the above C.M.A.SR.No.27346 of 2022, if the papers are otherwise in order.
