O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed to direct the first respondent to permit the petitioner to join with the second respondent in conducting the annual Maasi temple festival scheduled on 5/3/2023, 6/3/2023, 7/3/2023 and 13/3/2023 and to dispose of O.A.No.2 of 2017 renumbered as O.A.No.66 of 2021 on the file of the first respondent on merits based on the petitioner's representation dated 27/2/2023 within the stipulated time.

2. The grievance of the petitioner is that the petitioner had submitted a representation, dated 27/2/2023 to the respondents, with regard to the conduct of annual Maasi temple festival, scheduled on 5/3/2023, 6/3/2023, 7/3/2023 and 13/3/2023. Since the same has not been considered so far, petitioner has come forward with the present writ petition praying for the relief as stated therein.

5. Considering the limited relief sought for by the petitioner, this Court is inclined to pass the following order. The first respondent is directed to dispose of O.A.No.2 of 2017 renumbered as O.A.No.66 of 2021 pending on its file and dispose of the same on merits and in accordance with law, after giving notice and opportunity of hearing to the parties concerned, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
