O R D E R

When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel on either side submitted that the parties have settled the matter out of Court and also entered into a Joint Memo Compromise dated 12.08.2016. The Joint Memo of Compromise has been signed by the petitioner, respondents and their respective counsels.

2. In clause No.2 of the Joint Memo of Compromise, it has been stated that the respondents have deposited a sum of Rs.43,906/- to the credit of MLOP No.56 of 2008 on the file of Principal Subordinate Court, Chengalpet and the revision petitioner namely Badri Prasad Ghurka is entitled to receive the said amount.

3. In view of the said clause, the Principal Sub Court, Chengalpet is directed to issue a cheque in favour of the revision petitioner for the sum of Rs.43,906/- together with accrued interest, if any. 4.The Civil Revision Petition is disposed of in terms of the joint memo of compromise dated 12.08.2016. The terms of the compromise, shall form part of the order passed in the above Civil Revision Petition. No costs.
