2. It is represented that the appellant/A1 viz., Chellammal died. The Death Certificate filed indicates that the appellant/A1 died on 21.12.2017, after preferring the above said appeal.

3. Recording the death of the appellant, this Criminal Appeal is dismissed as abated.
