Prayer: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1& 2 to carry out survey and measurement and grant patta to the petitioner in respect of the petitioner's lands comprised in S.No.6/1B measuring an extent of 3.83 acres, S.No.16/1 land measuring 3.68 acres, S.No.20/2B land measuring 0.79.00 cents, S.No.21/1, land measuring 1.60.00 acres, situate in Obakkavalasai Village, Uthankagarai Taluk, Krishnagiri District, Old Patta no.83, covered under Schedule B of the Deed of Partition dated 04.04.2018 registered as document no.1163 of 2018 registered in the office of the Sub Registrar, Uthangarai, Krishnagiri District and the considering the petitioner representations dated 24.07.2018, 04.06.2019, 20.07.2020 and 09.11.2020 and to effect consequent mutation of title in revenue records within the time stipulated by this court. ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed by the petitioner seeking a direction to the respondents 1& 2 to carry out survey and measurement and grant patta to the petitioner, by considering the petitioner's representations dated 24.07.2018, 04.06.2019, 20.07.2020 and 09.11.2020.

2.Mr.S.N.Parthasarathi, learned Government Advocate entered appearance for the respondents and submitted that an enquiry is scheduled to take place on 21.05.2021 at 3.00 a.m at the office of the second respondent.

3.The said statement of the learned Government Advocate is recorded.

4.In view of the above, no further direction is required to be given except that the second respondent is directed to issue notice to all the parties who are likely to be affected by his decision, provide them a fair and effective hearing and dispose of the petitioner's representations dated 24.07.2018, 04.06.2019, 20.07.2020 and 09.11.2020 through a speaking order within a period of twelve (12) weeks( after the conclusion of the General Elections of the State Legislative Assembly - 2021) from 21.05.2021.
