This Application has been filed by the applicant seeking to permit him to amend the short and long cause title in Arbitration O.P.No.662 of 2022, Affidavit, Judges Summons in Application No.5644 of 2022 and the respective dockets also as M/s.Mercedes - Benz Financial Services India Private Limited in the places of Daimler Financial Services India Private Limited.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the respondent submitted that he has no objection to this application being allowed.

3. Considering the fact that the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the application are satisfying and there is no objection from the side of the respondent for allowing this application, this Application is ordered as prayed for.
