ORDER

Alleging that the order of this Court, dated 14.02.2018, passed in W.P.No10974 of 2009, has not been complied with by the respondents, the petitioners have come up with the present contempt petition. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, it is represented by the learned Additional Government Pleader that the direction issued by this Court, vide its order dated 14.02.2028 has been complied with by the first

respondent by passing proceedings, dated 05.12.2019 in G.O.(3D) No.15. He has also produced a copy of the said proceedings before this Court. 3.Recording the said submission this contempt petition stands closed.
