ORDER

The above Civil Revision Petition is filed challenging the order passed by the I Additional Subordinate Judge, Salem in I.A.No.13 of 2017 directing the revision petitioner to pay a sum of Rs.7,000/- to each of the petitioners who are the wife and the minor children of the revision petitioners.

2.The learned I Additional Subordinate Judge, Salem taking into account the fact that the revision petitioner is Veterinary Surgeon and also taken taken into the fact that the mother is also Veterinary Surgeon has passed the order. The compensation of Rs.7,000/- as monthly maintenance is very nominal in my opinion.

I find no infirmity in the order passed by the I Additional

Subordinate Judge, Salem in I.A.No.13 of 2017. In the result, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected Civil Miscellaneous Petition is also closed.
