O R D E R

This Civil Revision Petition has been filed to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.249 of 2015 on the file of the District Munsif Court, Avinashi.

2. The petitioners are defendants 1 and 2 in the suit in O.S.No.249 of 2015. The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the pleadings are complete, issues were framed and the matter is pending without conducting the trial.

3. Without going into the merits of the case, this Court issues a direction to the District Munsif Court, Avinashi, to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.249 of 2015, preferably within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
