The relief sought for in this writ petition is relating to the order issued by the first respondent in proceedings dated 27.04.2017, transferring the petitioner from the Category of Assistant, Pethikuppam Check Post to work as Accountant, Regional Transport Office, Kanchipuram.

2.However, Mr.Ravi Shanmugam, learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner, made a submission that during the pendency of the writ petition, the petitioner was once again transferred from Regional Transport Office, Kanchipuram to Regional Office, Sankarankoil in proceedings No.19622/R3/2017(E.O.No.486/2017) dated 24.08.2017, in

the existing vacancy of Assistant.

3.The grievances set out in this writ petition is that the writ petitioner should be allowed to continue in the post of Assistant is now redressed and the writ petitioner has been posted as Assistant in Regional Transport Office, Sankarankoil and he has joined in the post and working as on today.

4.This being the factum of the case, no further adjudication is required on the grounds raised in this writ petition. Accordingly, the writ petition stands closed. However, there shall be no order as to costs.
