2. Heard the learned Senior Counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the second respondent.

3. This Court after hearing the submission of the both sides, I find that the order passed by this Court dated 07.03.2023, in para No.7, in the second line, the word "allowed" may be deleted and inserted as "disposed of". Further, he states that after the 7th paragraph, the following lines may be added as 8th para in the same order.

"8.In such view of the matter, at the most after reconstruction the petitioner shall be considered on preferential basis for allotment".

17.03.2023 nvi Note: Registry is directed to make necessary correction in the above said order and issue fresh order copy to the parties concerned.
