ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for direction directing the respondent No.3 to conduct proper enquiry upon the petitioner's complaint dated 19.04.2022 in Petn.No.4944/2022/PUB/MU dated 29.04.2022 as assigned by the first respondent office and take appropriate action against the respondents 6 to 9.

2. Heard and perused the materials available on record.

3. On instructions, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side)

appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 herein submitted that on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, it was forwarded to the Inspector of Police, Vigilance and Anti-Corruption, Madurai and conducted preliminary enquiry and they are about to register the FIR.

4. In view of the above, the Inspector of Police, Vigilance and AntiCorruption, Madurai is directed to issue notice to the petitioner and the respondents 6 to 9 herein and if any cognizable offence is made out, register the FIR and proceed with the enquiry in accordance with law.

5. With the above direction, this Writ Petition petition is disposed of. No costs.
