C.M.P.No.21671 of 2022 in S.A.No.935 of 2003 P.T.ASHA, J., This petition has been filed by the petitioners/appellants to set aside the order of dismissal for default dated 21.02.2022 passed in S.A.No.935 of 2003 and restore the same.

2.Heard Mr.K.S.Viswanathan, learned counsel for the petitioners/appellants and Mr.V.Jeevagiridharan, learned Additional Government Pleader, who takes notice on behalf of the respondent-8.

3. The learned Additional Government Pleader has no objection to the Second Appeal being restored.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petitions, this petition is ordered. and the S.A.No.935 of 2003 is restored to file.

4. The Registry is directed to post the Second Appeal on 12.01.2023 "for arguments".
