This contempt petition is filed alleging willful disobedience of the order dated 29.09.2015 and made in https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2.Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner is absent. It is represented that the order dated 29.09.2015 passed by this Court in W.P.No.30587 of 2015, which is the subject matter of contempt has been complied with, vide proceedings of the Revenue Divisional Officer, Harur in Na.Ka.No.208/2016(A3), dated 15.03.2016.

3.In the light of the same, this Contempt Petition is closed. The said proceedings of the Revenue Divisional Officer, Harur, dated 15.03.2016, is taken on file and record. The petitioner is at liberty to challenge the said proceedings in accordance with law, before the competent forum.
