ORDER

The learned counsel for the revision petitioner seeks to withdraw the revision petition and is permitted to withdraw the Civil Revision Petition. Necessary endorsement has been made in the Civil Revision Petition. It is made clear that the observations which have been made in I.A.No.880 of 2018 shall not be taken into consideration and the Court below will be guided by the earlier report that has been filed by the Advocate Commissioner dated 31.10.2012. In the result, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected Civil Miscellaneous Petition is also closed.
