Order : This Miscellaneous petition coming on this day for hearing upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.P.R.BALASUBRAMANIAN, Advocate for the petitioner, the court made the following order:- Challenging the dismissal of the suit for partition in O.S.No.33 of 2013 on the file of the Additional District Court, Thiruvannamalai, the plaintiffs have filed the above appeal.

2. Since there is no executable decree granted by the Trial Court, the question of granting interim stay does not arise. Accordingly, the petition is dismissed.
