O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed seeking issuance of a writ of mandamus directing the second respondent to consider the representation made by the petitioner on 22.12.2024 wherein the petitioner is seeking for issuance of patta in his name with respect to the subject property.

2. Heard Mr.G.Punniakoti, learned counsel for petitioner and Mr.S.Jeyachandran, learned Government Advocate appearing for respondents.

3. The petitioner is claiming right over the subject property by virtue of a registered sale deed dated 31.08.1979, which was registered as document No.2058/1979. The petitioner is in possession and enjoyment of the property and he made representations seeking for issuance of patta in his name. Since the same was not considered, the present writ petition has been filed before this Court.

4. There shall be a direction to the petitioner to submit an OnLine application to the second respondent along with all the necessary documents and particulars and on receipt of the same, the second 2/4

respondent shall take a decision on its own merits and in accordance with law within a period of six (6) weeks from the date of the online application from the petitioner.

This writ petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
