PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the impugned order of the second respondent in Ref.No.LL1/10672/2011 dated 23.08.2013 to quash the same with consequential direction to the respondents to pay the back wages for the period from the date of removal from service and till the date of reinstatement into the service i.e., from 31.03.2009 to 06.08.2009 as per earlier wages and from 07.08.2009 to 27.04.2012 the pay fixed for permanent Plot Watchers.
