This petition has been filed to bring on record the legal representatives of the deceased respondent.

2.In the affidavit filed in support of the said petition it had been stated that the respondent, had unfortunately expired on 05.10.2021 necessitating, the legal representatives to be brought on record.

3.In this petition notice had been directed and the same had been served and Mr.K.Harishankar, learned counsel, states that he would enter appearance on behalf of the respondents.

It would only appropriate that the legal representatives of the deceased respondent to participate in the Appeal. Therefore, this Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed.
