The Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the respondent to file final report in connection with Crime No.3262 of 2020 on the files of the respondent within the time stipulated by this Court before the Court, concerned.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, Mr.V.Meganathan, learned Government Advocate (crl.side) would submit that investigation in Crime No.3262 of 2020 for the offences under Section 294(b), 324, 307, 302 of IPC has been completed. filed before the jurisdictional Court, within a period of six weeks.

3. Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of with the direction to the respondent police to complete the enquiry and file the final report within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
