Respondents Prayer: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents 2 to 5 to pay the compensation for the damages caused to the petitioner on account of erection of Towers and overhead lines in his agricultural lands in S.No.295 to an extent of 1 acre 22 cents situated at Nellikuppam Village, Thiruporur Taluk, Kancheepuram District in order to compliance of the directions issued by this Court in W.P.No.26858 and 26859 of 2016 dated 19.09.2016.

O R D E R
This writ petition is filed for a writ of mandamus to direct the respondent to pay the compensation for the damages caused to the petitioner on account of erection of Towers and overhead lines in his agricultural lands in S.No.295 to an extent of 1 acre 22 cents situated at Nellikuppam Village, Thiruporur Taluk, Kancheepuram District in compliance of the directions issued by this Court in W.P.No.26858 and 26859 of 2016 dated 19.09.2016.
2.On the other hand, it is submitted that, an appropriate remedy for the petitioner is to approach the 3rd respondent District Collector, Kanchipuram. Under these circumstances, the 3rd respondent District collector, Kanchipuram is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 07.11.2016.
3.The 3rd respondent/District Collector, Kancheepuram shall dispose the same in accordance with law and determine the compensation to be paid by the petitioner within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order after hearing the petitioner.
4.Writ petition is disposed of with the above observations. No costs.
