This petition has been filed to relax the bail condition imposed on the petitioner by an order dated 30.11.2023 in Crl.O.P.No.24312 of 2023 viz., the petitioner is directed to appear before the XIX Additional Sessions Court, Chennai, on every Monday at 10.30 am. Until further orders.

3.Considering the submissions, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is totally relaxed. However, the petitioner shall appear before concerned Court, during the hearing dates.
