This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.27728 of 2023 dated 11.12.2023.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Advocate (Crl.side).

3. Considering the said submission and having satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified and the petitioner is directed to appear before the concerned Court once in a week at 10.00 a.m., till the date of committal and thereafter, the condition imposed on the petitioner stands relaxed.
