The Writ Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to consider petitioner's representation dated 17.02.2023 with regard to the issuance of licence to the petitioner's Recreation Club Viz., Ryan Recreation Club to function at No.137-D, 2nd floor, Ganesh Nagar Main Road, V.O.C.Nagar, Dr.Seetaram nagar, Velachery, Chennai - 600 042. 2.When the matter is taken up, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) submitted that petitioner's representation dated 17.02.2023 is available with the fourth respondent and fourth respondent is the competent

authority to pass orders. He further submitted that appropriate orders would be passed soon.

3.In the light of the submission of the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side), this Court directs the fourth respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 17.02.2023 and pass appropriate orders in the manner known to law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
