ORDER

(1) The learned counsel appearing for the respondents 1 to 5 submitted that the prayer in the Civil Revision Petition has become infructuous in view of the fact that the suit in OS.No.45/2019 on the file of the Court of District Munsif, Vanur, was dismissed as not pressed. A Memo dated 30.11.2021 filed by the learned counsel appearing for the plaintiffs before the Court below, is produced before this Court, wherein it is stated that the plaintiffs are not willing to continue the suit and therefore, the suit was dismissed as not pressed. (2) Since the suit had already been dismissed as not pressed, it is requested that the Civil Revision Petition may be dismissed as infructuous.

(3) The learned counsel for the petitioner also confirmed the fact that the suit itself was dismissed as not pressed.

(4) In view of the submissions of the learned counsels, this Court is of the view that no further orders are necessary in this Civil Revision

Petition.

(5) Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
