This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the 1st respondent Not to Harass the Petitioner by appreciating the above stated facts and circumstances.

2. Heard learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent police.

3. Taking into consideration the nature of the dispute involved in this case is a matrimonial dispute, it is for the parties to adjudicate the same before the appropriate Civil Court and the respondent police will have no role to play in a case of this nature.

4. This writ Petition is disposed of with a direction to https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

the respondent police not to interfere with the matrimonial dispute and it is open for the parties to agitate their rights before the competent civil court. No Costs.
