O R D E R
The writ petition is filed to call for the records relating to the orders in (1) Memo No.1838/A/2016 dated 02.06.2016 of the second respondent
(2) Memo No.1846/A/2016 dated 03.06.2016 of the second respondent (3) Pro.1838/A/2016 dated 08.06.2016 of the second respondent and (4) Pro.Na.26417/B1/2016 dated 29.06.2016 of the first respondent, to quash the same and to issue consequential directions to the respondents to permit the petitioner to retire from service on 30.06.2016 AN and grant all consequential pensionary and retirement benefits. 2.The learned Government Advocate for the respondents submits that the final orders have been passed in both the charge sheets. It is seen that as far as the charge sheet dated 03.06.2016 is concerned, the Enquiry Officer's report was accepted and it was decided to drop the proceedings vide the order dated 04.05.2020. As far as the charge sheet dated 02.06.2016 is concerned, the punishment stated therein was imposed. 3.In view of the said submission the writ petition is dismissed Page No.2 of 5
as infructuous. In any event, the petitioner is given liberty to challenge the final orders passed by the disciplinary authorities in proceedings dated 11.03.2021 in No.26417/M1/2016.
However, there shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
