These petitions have been filed to condone the delay in filing the petition to set aside the abatement petition, to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the first & second petitioners and to bring the legal representatives of the deceased first & second petitioners on record.

2. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, all the petitions are allowed.

3. Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendment in the cause title of the main petition.
