This application has been filed seeking to issue citation to the respondents 1 and 2 to furnish the copy of the fixed deposit receipts/details of Late A.K.Raghavan Rs.51,00,000/- held with the first respondent and Rs.13,00,000/- with the second respondent and also details of amount lying in the above fixed deposits together with interest as on date.

2. As the documents are already produced, the Registry is directed to post this Original Petition before the Master for recording evidence on 05.12.2023.

The evidence shall be recorded within one week and after recording evidence, post before this Court.
